London, UK - 4 April 2018

Music, Placemaking and Value Capture.

Key info

This will be the second of our new 2018 series of 'mini' Sound Development conferences which will be taking place all over the UK.

One of the key terms in the development of community is value capture. How can a piece of land not only support the economics of the landowner, tenant and local authority, but also how can it be a tool to increase the value of what's around it - be a way to capture ancillary value. We believe that music and in a more general sense, strategic placemaking is the best value capture tool we have. To discuss this, we welcome a diverse range of panelists in partnership with Gensler to discuss the role of music and placemaking.
